NBTE verification team visits A.D Rufa’i COE Legal and General Studies Misau

The Resource Verification Panel from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) Kaduna has on Monday 10th March, 2025 visited the A.D Rufai college of Education Legal and General Studies Misau.

The panel were at the college to conduct a Resource Verification Exercise for the purpose of upgrading the ordinary Diploma (OND) in Law been run by the institution to National Diploma (ND) program.

The statement added that National Diploma (ND) Law and National Diploma (ND) Common & Islamic Law are been considered to be introduced in the college.

As contained in a press statement e-signed by Sagir Mukhtar, the verification process aimed to assess the level of human and material resources on ground to meet the NBTE standard.

In his welcome address, the Provost of the College Dr. Auwal Ibrahim Amba delightfully welcomed the committee at the College’s Council Chamber and expressed his confidence in the institution’s capacity to deliver its academic mandates.

The leader of the delegation, Dr. (Mrs) Kubura Jauro assured the College, a comprehensive evaluation of resources and provide recommendations on the areas that need improvements.

The Deputy Provost Dr. Umar Dauda Waziri alongside other principal officers of the College including, Dean School Legal Studies Barrister Salah Abdullahi , Heads of the Departments at the School of Legal Studies and other members of the Management Committee of the College took the panel round the College to inspect the resources provided for the Exercise.

Also, during the exit briefing, the team leader commended the College in some areas and also provided recommendations as well as suggestions to help the College achieve its vision.
