We’ll accord you full support to succeed, Bauchi govt assures Rano Air

The Bauchi State government has assured that it will fully support the management of Rano Air which commences operations within Bauchi to Abuja route.

The state commissioner for works and transport, Professor Titus Ketkukah gave the assurance during the flag-off of the Rano Air operations at the Sir Abubakar Tafawa-Baleawa International Airport Bauchi Friday.

According to him, the government of Bauchi state will do everything possible to ensure that Rano Air operation becomes hitch free for the benefit of the people of the state.

The commissioner who described the new development as a milestone to the economy of Bauchi state, said governor Bala Mohammed of the state is not living no stone unturned in order to bring positive development to the state.

“His Excellency is always working to make sure our people are comfortable, in terms of social amenities, transport, healthcare delivery, education and availability of food”, he said.

Prof Ketkukah who wished Rano Air safe trip as they begins bringing passengers from Abuja to Bauchi, expressed optimisms that the partnership between Bauchi state government and Rano Air will bring economic growth to the state.

According to him, the commencement of operations by Rano Air in Bauchi state will create opportunity for economic growth and make travelers very comfortable.

Earlier speaking, the managing director of Rano Airline, Alhaji Lawan Sabo, said the airline is now operating within eight states of the federation, including Bauchi, providing reliable flight services to passengers.

He stated that Rano Air will remain committed in providing competitive air services to the good people of Bauchi state.
