Giade LG Chairman Marks One Year in Office, show cases achievements

The Chairman of Giade local government area of Bauchi state, Hon. Usman Muhammad Saleh has during the weekend, marked one year anniversary since assumption of office last year.
Hon Usman Muhammad Saleh (popularly known as Usman Randy) has recorded tremendous achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and community development.
Other key achievements witnessed under his leadership include the construction of examination halls at Government Girls Secondary School Giade and in Isawa town, as well as classrooms and furniture at the District Head Palaces of Doguwa, Zirami, and Uzum primary schools.
The chairman also oversaw the renovation of the Local Education Authority (LEA) Primary School in Giade and facilitated the construction of a mosque in Magarya town.
The Chairman who renovated Giade central mosque also installed transformers at Giade General Hospital and Senegal ward.
Further efforts in infrastructure include a large culvert built in Jarmawo town and the renovation of the doctor’s quarters at Giade General Hospital, including furniture provision.
In the health sector, medical staff and nurses were recruited to boost healthcare delivery in the area.
Further more, the education sector also received attention, with sponsorships for students at institutions such as Aliko Dangote School, A.D. Rufa’i College of Education and General Studies, and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU). Students and staff received allowances in support of their education and service.
Security agencies and local government offices received new vehicles, and work has commenced on a modern market in Giade. The administration has also secured funds for the renovation of the Giade Local Government Secretariat and other projects.
The people of Giade appreciate the leadership of Hon. Usman Muhammad Saleh and pray for his continued success and more fruitful years in office.
