Warji LGA Chairman Commends Governor Mohammed’s Infrastructural Development in Bauchi

The Executive Chairman of Warji Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Hon Aminu Barmini, has praised Governor Bala Mohammed for the developmental strides and transformational changes in the local government council.
He made this remark on Thursday while leading a delegation of media executives, government officials, and journalists on a tour of ongoing and completed projects embarked upon by the Governor Bala Mohammed administration across the local government area.
Hon Barmini expressed satisfaction with the projects during the tour, which included the construction of the General Hospital Katanga, local government lodge, completed erosion control culvert in Dagu community, and the construction of the 19km Warji-Gwaram road.
He led the delegation to inspect the projects to showcase the developments in his domain.
“The governor promised to transform Bauchi State during his campaign, and he has indeed worked tirelessly to fulfill his promises, particularly in infrastructural development, rural transformation, health, education, water schemes, and rural electrification,” Hon Barmini said.
He specifically commended Governor Mohammed for the erosion control culvert in Dagu community, noting it has mitigated flooding issues.
“The culvert has alleviated the plight of the people, as it has reduced flood incidents that previously destroyed farmlands, houses, and properties,” he stated.
Regarding the 19km Warji-Gwaram road, Hon Barmini said, “The road has boosted economic and commercial activities, enabling people to conduct businesses with ease, unlike in the past.”
The District Head of Warji, Ibrahim Ismaila, also praised Governor Bala Mohammed for renovating the palace and equipping it with furniture, expressing the people’s gratitude for the governor’s commitment to his promises.
A resident of Dagu community, Mohammed Al-Amin thanked the governor for the development projects, particularly the erosion control culvert, saying the community now faces fewer fears regarding the rainy season.
