ATBUTH appoints Jibrin Gamawa as Director Admin

The management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH), Bauchi has appointed Muhammad Jibrin Gamawa as substantive Director Administration of the federal health institution.

The Head of Public Relations Unit of the hospital, Usman Abdullahi Koli who made this known in a press statement Wednesday, said that the appointment takes effect from 26th February 2025.

Koli said that the appointment of Gamawa has received formal approval from the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, highlighting Mr. Gamawa’s exemplary competence, extensive experience, and commitment to public service.

According to the statement Gamawa brings a wealth of knowledge and professional expertise in hospital administration to his new role.

ATBUTH expressed anticipation that the leadership of the newly appointed director administration will drive operational efficiency, enhance administrative processes, and significantly contribute to the overall growth and service delivery of the hospital.

“The Management, staff, and the entire hospital community extend their sincere congratulations to Mr. Muhammad Jibrin Gamawa on his well-deserved appointment”, Koli said.

While promising collaboration as the new director administration undertakes the pivotal role in furthering the mission and vision of ATBUTH, the management appealed for continued cooperation from members of the general public.
