PFN commends Bauchi Governor for inclusivity in governance

The Bauchi State Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Pastor Promise Nuhu Yohanna, has commended Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state for his inclusivity in governance.
Speaking at the 40th anniversary of PFN in Nigeria and 39th in Bauchi State during the weekend, Pastor Yohanna described the state as a model of unity and peaceful coexistence.
The PFN Chairman appreciated the governor for supporting the organization in hosting four major programs in the stadium and requested support for PFN churches and assistance in building its secretariat.
He also thanked the Special Assistant to the Governor on Christian Affairs, Pastor Zakka Luka Magaji, for his love and sacrifice towards PFN.
While speaking, governor Bala Mohammed, represented by Pastor Zakka Magaji, reiterated his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance, promoting religious harmony, peaceful coexistence, and unity of purpose in the state.
He commended the Christian community for supporting his administration and called for more support and cooperation from all citizens.
On his part, the National President of PFN, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, stated that the organization will continue to be the voice and lead organization of Christians in Nigeria, advocating for justice, fairness, and freedom of religion.
He highlighted the PFN’s growth and impact over the past 40 years and announced plans for a legacy project, “The PFN Legacy Place,” in Abuja.
Themed, “PFN: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, the celebration included the presentation of awards to distinguished individuals who have served PFN churches in the state.
