Sallah Gifts: Sen Shehu Buba Disburses N6m to SBU Vanguard

The Senator representing Bauchi South at the National Assembly, Sen. Shehu Buba Umar has donated the sum of N6m as Sallah gift to Senator Shehu Buba vanguard for Governor 2027.

The SBU is a well known political Association for Sen. Shehu Buba Umar team that is calling on him to contest for Governor come 2027 in Bauchi state.

Our correspondent reports that on Thursday, the main steering committee of the association invited all the 20 local Government coordinators and their Women leaders to Bauchi in order to collect a stipend for sallah preparation.

In his speech the state Director General, Engr Ishaq Dabo who emphasized to the entire members that the association for actualisation of shehu Buba as Governor 2027 is working assiduousely, added, they have always invited the coordinators any time there a new development.

“As usual, today we have received cash of Six million (6 million) from our principal as Sallah gift to all members across the state”, he said.

“We expect that all of you will collect your share and go back to your respective local governments and distribute to members accordingly”, the DG said.

He appealed to members to always unite themselves for the progress of the movement and assured them that anything in SBU Vanguard will always come down to the ward level as usual.

“If you recall, just last week we call you to collect your share of food stuff in order to use it to break your fasting, and now we have called you again for sallah gift and tomorrow insha’Allah is another occasion”, the DG further disclosed.

He further appealed to the members to be very patient and commit their support to the journey, saying that there will be light at the end of the tunnel.
