Eid-el-fitir: Be your brother’s keepers – UMTH CMD tasks Muslim faithfuls

The Chief Medical Director (CMD), University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Professor Ahmed Ahidjo has called on the Muslim faithfuls to ensure that they always be their brother’s keepers.

Represented by the director of administration, Idriss Omar, the CMD has called on the Muslim faithfuls to maintain the good values learned during the month of Ramadan.

The representative of the CMD made the call shortly after this year’s Eid prayer held at the UMTH Eid ground on Sunday.

The Eid sermon delivered by the chief Imam of UMTH, Imam Goni Satomi focused on devotion to Almighty God and its importance among the Muslim believers.

Prof Ahidjo urged them to be God fearing individuals and maintain the ultimate sacrifice cherished during the blessed month of Ramadan.
