Eagle Radio celebrate 1 year anniversary, pledges more educative programmes.

The management of Eagle Radio Bauchi has assured the people of Bauchi state and environs of its readiness to introduce more programs on Agriculture, Sciences, Health, Education and Security in the next few months.
The radio station gave the assurance in a statement to mark its one year anniversary, noted that the new programmes would be introduced as part of efforts to promote its operations.
“The management of Eagle Radio wishes to announce that it will clock one year on Wednesday, 12th March 2025”, the management said in a statement e-signed by Muhammed Inuwa Bello, General Manager of Radio station.
According to the General Manager, the Radio station will be reflecting on its journey of resilience, progress and shared aspiration for a brighter future.
“12th March 2024 was the day when Eagle Radio broadcasting on 96.5 FM started heating the airwaves. Since then, the station has evolved well with its team of Management under the leadership of the pioneer General Manager, Alhaji Mohammed Inuwa Bello”, the statement disclosed.
The press statement mentioned that the various initiatives of the Radio station has not only opened up the new station to a wider audience, but it has enabled listeners to listen to programs and news via its Live streaming platform.
The Eagle Radio which commended its listeners with whose advise and support, he noted the outfit was able to achieve a lot within a short period of time, added that, since the commencement of operations, the Management of the radio station has been implementing strategic initiatives to place the new outfit on the right track.
The press statement added that, as it is, radio still maintains its position as a critical information source that provides information, education and entertainment to the audience.
The press statement maintained that Eagle Radio has introduced many programs that educate, inform and entertain listeners,.
It stated that part of the achievements so far recorded by the Eagle Radio include the creation of new website for the outfit, which paved the way for the Live Streaming of news and programs using various online radio platforms.
The General Manager said the station has also earned for itself various awards amongst which is, exemplary dedication to promoting peace, security and unity through responsible and impactful journalism given to it by the Bauchi State Police Command.
