Nigerian Women have again been enjoined to play active part in the fight against single motherhood, divorce, rape, and polygamy now rampant in the society.
The Spiritual Father and Chairman Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church World wide, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye gave the charge while speaking against the backdrop of the various ills in the society and as the World mark international widows day.
Prophet Abidoye condemned the high rate of vices in the society calling on women to be the vanguard of change to safe the coming generation.
In a statement signed by the Secretary General of the Church worldwide, Special. Apostle Ademola Odetundun on behalf of the Spiritual Father, Abidoye which was made available to our Correspondent Sunday, appealed to women to train their children to rely only Jesus Christ and stand as end time soldiers for Christ.
According to the Spiritual Father “Mothers should mentor the next generation of young mothers for Christ; Mothers should be shining examples, role models in and out of the Church in their mode of dressing, lifestyle and communication”
The Spiritual Father urged them to operate according to the role of mothers in the Bible admonishing them to join hands to build the Church so as to fight against laziness, poverty and untimely death.
Prophet Abidoye implored women to participate in politics as women of old to be relevant in government adding that no one would come and give them positions at home.
“Christians including women should not look at Politics as a dirty game but as an opportunity to lead with the fear of God. If Politics is dirty, go in and beam your searchlight into it and make it clean with the fear of God,” Prophet Abidoye declared.
“May you all experience God in all that you do as we celebrate the international days of the widows and illicit trafficking, do not fall for the love of money be contented with what you have, God will enrich you in all ramifications” he added.
