NACDPAMN President inaugurate Newly elected Northeast Executives, tasked them on inclusive leadership

The National Association of Cattle Dealers, Processors and Marketers of Nigeria has inaugurated its executive officers across the six Northeast states of Bauchi, Gombe, Adamawa, Borno, Yobe and Taraba.

Our Corresspondent gathered that the states officials were sworn-in by the legal Adviser of the association, Barrister Hussaini Saraki at the Sogiji hotel Bauchi yesterday.

Barrister Saraki who doubles as the Secretary of the Electoral Committee said it was the first time the election took place in Bauchi.

The Secretary of the Electoral Committee who spoke on behalf of the National President of the Association, Alhaji Iliyasu Bulama enjoined the newly elected leaders to work towards the unity and progress of the association.

Barrister Saraki who expressed delight that the election was conducted hitch free, said that the association has unity of purpose and is purely out for good business.

“We have unity of purpose as an association that we are purely out for business and you can see there is no any hitches no any rancor, we are united we are one family”, he said.

The National President urged the states executives to go back and lead their members with all manner of sincerity, honesty and transparency.

He urged them to, as they go back to their various states, collaborate with their zonal leaders to establish structures in the local government areas by conducting credible election.

Barrister Saraki who said the association is having a very all-encompassing and an inclusive leader at the National level, noted that Alhaji Iliyasu Bulama has worked tirelessly to make the association reached where it is today.

He challenged the newly sworn-in states executives to emulate the National leader of the association and transcend such good leadership style in their respective states.

He commended the National President for assembling best brains when it comes to issues of cattle value chain in Nigeria, adding that the association is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

He said that the association has signed memorandum of understanding with many stakeholders in the sector which will soon impacted positively in the lives of the members.
