Bauchi Gov Re-apponts Gidado As Media Aide

Governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir of Bauchi state has reappointed Mukhtar Mohammed Gidado as Special Adviser on Media and Publicity. 

According to the reappointment letter available to public on Tuesday signed by Danjuma Garba, Permanent Secretary/general services department for Secretary to the State Government said Gidado remain and continue serving as the Special Adviser, Media and Publicity. 

Letter reads in part, “To inform you that His Excellency, Sen. Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, CON, (Kauran Bauchi), the Executive Governor of Bauchi State has approved your exemption from the disengagement order. 

“Accordingly, you are to remain and continue serving as the Special Adviser, Media and Publicity.”

Garba said exemption Gidado came best on his track records of hard work, truth worthiness, dedication, commitment and wealth of experience. 

“It is therefore expected that you would continue to bring these qualities to bear in the discharge of this onerous responsibility and justify the confidence repose in you.”

Recall that Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi state on Thursday 25th May, 2023 dissolved and disengaged members of his cabinet which include Commissioners and Special Advisers as well as other political office holders in the State.
