AHBN Supports Bauchi Primary Health Care Development Board On Sustainable PHC Financing

As part of deliberate efforts to ensure Universal Immunization coverage and reduce incidences of Zero Dose African health budget Network AHBN has presented ‘Sustainable PHC financing’: Leveraging on the Bauchi State Primary Health Care Development Board’s law 2023 as Amended during the Bauchi State task force Annual Retreat.

The retreat brought together the 20 local government Chairmen AHBN Coordinator/CEO Dr Aminu Magashi Garba represented by the state focal Person Dr Hassan Shuaibu Musa Advocated to the Local government Chairmen to leverage on the provisions of the amended law to coordinate all PHC activities while ensuring resource mobilization, advocacy for improve funding and consistent monitoring and evaluation.

With the Theme “Sustainable PHC Financing in Bauchi State”.

The Retreat further aims at advocating to the Local government Chairmen to Prioritize Immunization financing among other things together we can.
