“Some people are saying police are doing roads safety works, while police is doing it’s work. Constitutionally, police are responsible for enforcement of all laws in Nigeria. What we want to clarify is that this works is overlapping, where drugs safety work stop, Thus where police work begins”.

ASP Aminu Gimba therefore explained that there is nothing like collision or conflict of duties or responsibility between the police and other security agencies in the state.

The Rector of the Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic (ATAP), Dr. Hashim Sabo Bello who was also at the occasion described the event as very important taking into cognisance the topic discussed.
