Amna Shelleng commissions new mosque, tasks faithfuls on maintenance

The Amna Shelleng, His Royal Highness Dr. Abdullahi Isa Dasong (II), on Friday led other dignitaries to commission a Mosque in Shelleng, Adamawa State.
The dignitaries include; Emir of Shani His Royal Highness Alhaji Mohammed Nasir Mailafiya, Dr. Abdallah Usman Gadan Kaya, Sheikh Abubakar Muktar Yola, Sheikh Nuruddeen Tukur Numan .
Speaking at the formal opening ceremony of the newly constructed Mosque, the Amna commended the brain behind the initiative and the timely execution of the project.
He however, charged the faithfuls to ensure adequate maintenance of the mosque and be steadfast in their commitments to Islam and progress of their immediate community, Adamawa and beyond.
The event witnessed the observation of the first two raka’at (Juma’at prayer) led by Sheikh Abdallah Gadan Kaya.
