FMC Azare announces relocation of Obstetrics, other Clinics to permanent site

The Management of the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Azare in Bauchi state has announced the relocation of its Obstetrics and other Clinics from its old site to permanent site for members of the general public to note.
The relocation notice which was made available to newsmen by the information and Prototol Unit of the Center said all services in the affected clinics would be relocated from the old site to the permanent site beginning from Monday 15th April, 2024.
“I am directed to write and inform all members of staff and the general public that starting from Monday, April 15, 2024, all services in the following clinics would be relocated from the old site to the permanent site”, the Head of Information and Protocol unit of the center, Abdu Mohammed explained.
He mentioned the clinics to include, Ante-natal clinic, Post-natal clinic, Gynecology and Family planning clinics.
“Please note that only clinics in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department are affected”, Abdu Mohammed further stated.
According to him, other services in the department such as wards, surgeries and emergency services would remain in the old site.
