Gov Bala appoints Usman Saleh (Randy) as Special Adviser Hajj Affairs

Bauchi state Governor, Bala Mohammed has appointed Usman Mohammed Saleh from Giade local government area as Special Adviser on Hajj Affairs.
The appointment of Usman which was contained in a letter personally signed by the Governor, said his appointment was informed by his track record of sincerity, hard work, dedication, exemplary behavior, wealth of experience and sense of responsibility.
Dated 5th April, 2023, the letter which was titled: ‘Appointment as Special Adviser Hajj Affairs’, noted that Usman Saleh is expected to utilize the aforementioned qualities in facing the challenges of his new office.
“You are expected to use these qualities so as to facilitate the attainment of our collective vision and goals of bringing about positive change and new lease of life to the people of Bauchi state”, the letter read in parts.
“Your remuneration will be based on the existing Government Circular and other relevant rules of the public Service as may be amended from time to time”, it said.
The Governor while congratulating the newly appointed Special Adviser on Hajj Affairs on his well-deserved appointment, requested him to indicate his acceptance of the appointment or otherwise to enable continuation with further necessary action.
“You are advised to declare your assets at the Code of Conduct Bureau Bauchi Office, being a Constitutional requirement on or before assumption of office”, the letter said.
It further declared that the appointment of Usman Saleh takes immediate effect.
