Kano: Ganduje assigns Dan Agundi to oversee Consumer Protection Council CPC.

Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano state has approved the assigning of the Managing Director of the state Road Traffic Agency (KAROTA), Hon Baffa Babba Dan Agundi to oversee the affairs of the state Consumer Protection Council (CPC) pending the appointment of a substantive head of the council.

The directive, which was contained in a press statement issued by the commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba enjoined all relevant government and non-governmental agencies to extend all necessary cooperation to Dan Agundi, who now supervises the activities of the council.

This followed the resignation of the Managing Director of the council, Dr Yusuf Muhammad D. Sabo who is contesting in the forthcoming local government election in Bichi local government of the state.
