Misau emir confirms Alhaji Baraya’s appointment as Wakilin Gabas

The Emir of Misau, Alhaji Ahmad Sulaiman has confirmed the appointment of Alh. Mai Ahmed Baraya as the Wakilin Gabas in the Misau emirate council.

The confirmation of his appointment was contained in a letter with reference number; ‘MEC/ADM/VOLI/45 dated 10th November, 2022.

Signed by the secretary of the Misau emirate council, Aliyu Musa, the letter pointed out that the confirmation of Baraya as the Wakilin Gabas was due to his immense contribution to the development of the emirate.

“After greetings and goodwill, on behalf of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Misau and his council, I have been directed to write and inform you that your appointment as Wakilin Gabas has been confirmed”, the letter read in parts.

The letter noted that the decision to confirm Mai Ahmed Baraya as Wakilin Gabas was as a result of his immense contribution in different sectors of the economy.

“With this development, His Royal Highness and his council is hopeful that you will deploy your wealth of experience towards the development of the Misau emirate council”, the letter added.

The Emir prayed Allah to guide the Wakilin Gabas in the discharge of his responsibilities.
