Promotion Exam : FMC Azare organizes in-house pre-promotion exam Training for Staff

In order to refreshen their brains ahead of promotion examination, the management of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Azare has organized the second pre-promotion examinations training for over 100 staff, encompassing both junior and senior from Clinical and Non clinical staff.
The 2 day training took place on Tuesday and Wednesday at Baba Ballama Hall, Old Site of the center.
The Training was aimed at familiarizing the staff with the expected content for their promotional examination.
According to the management of hospital, the training marks the second of its kind as introduced by the current management of the federal health institution.
The new idea of organising the in-house Training was initiated by the administration of Dr. Katagum the Medical Director of the centre.
Addressing the trainees during the opening ceremony of the training, the MD called on them to pay attention to the papers to be presented in order to succeed in the upcoming promotional examination.
The MD who assured the staff of the readiness of the management towards the implementation of the outcome of the examination, wished them a successful promotion examination.
One of the trainees who spoke on behalf of his colleagues, Mohammed Garba Dambam from the Department of social welfare, expressed appreciation to the management for organising the in-house Training.
According to him, the training program ahead of the promotion examination is really a new Development, adding that they would pay attention to the facilitators in order to emerged successful after the examination.
