Bauchi Gov Bags Merit Award Of Excellence

Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has been conferred with the International Merit Award of Excellence by the Arewa Media Publication for his stellar performance and dedication to serving humanity.

The award presentation which took place in Kaduna on Thursday in which Governor Bala had his works commissioner, Ibrahim Gambo Galadima as a representative, featured the presence of dignitaries from Bauchi and other states of the federation.

Receiving the award in Bauchi on Friday Governor Bala dedicated it to the entire citizens of Bauchi State, saying it would increase his self-assurance in the discharge of his constitutional responsibilities.

Also, the Arewa Media Publication Event Company honored the Bauchi state Commissioner Ministry of works and transport Hon. Ibrahim Gambo Galadima with the distinguished eminent achievers award overall best most impactful outstanding Commissioner and leader.

Receiving the Award, the Hon. Commissioner, Hon.Ibrahim Gambo Galadima thanked the organizers for seeing him worthy of the award, according to a statement by information officer ministry of works Bauchi Muhammad Sani Yunusa. 

He acknowledged that the Award will spur him to become more committed  in the discharge of his official duty in line with policy trust of Governor Bala administration.

He appreciated Bauchi state governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad for giving him a rare opportunity to serve in his cabinet and therefore dedicated the Award to the Governor.

Other prominent Nigerians recognized at the event include: the Edo State Hon. Commissioner Ministry of Health, Dr Samuel Ally, The Secretary to the State Government, Yobe State Baba Malam Wali to mention but a few.

The Commissioner was accompanied by Hon. SSA to the Governor on Local Government and chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Madaki Abubakar Musa, The  Caretaker Committee Chairman Kirfi local government area Hon. Abdulkadeer Umar Dewu, distinguished friends and well-wishers, among others.
