Aminu Kano University Teaching Hospital receives Best Customer Friendly Award

Aminu Kano University Teaching Hospital has received an Award of excellence as the Second Best Customer Friendly and Environmentally Clean Hospital.

As contained in a letter addressed to the CMD of the hospital by the federal ministry of education, the award is given to the hospital due to its distinguished
performance in providing effective healthcare services to its customers.

“This Award of Excellence as the Second Best Customer Friendly and Environmentally Clean Hospital is given to the Aminu Kano University Teaching Hospital, Kano for your distinguished
performance in providing effective healthcare services to your customers”, the letter signed by Abdul Ali El-Zaki
Head, Reform Coordination and Service Improvement of the ministry reads.

According to the letter, it is expected that following the award, the Hospital’s dedication towards providing quality
healthcare services and ensuring customers satisfaction will be significantly and
sustainably maintained.

“Kindly accept the best regards of the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social
Welfare”, the letter concluded.
