FMC Azare set to celebrate 20th anniversary and Commissioning of Key Projects.

All arrangement have been concluded by the Federal Medical Center (FMC), Azare to celebrate its 20 years of establishment in Azare, Katagum local government area of Bauchi state and Commissioning of Key Project executed under the administrationof Dr. Abdullahi Ibrahim in the last Eight Years.
This was contained in a circular signed by the Head of Information and Protocol, Abdu Mohammed on behalf of the Head of Administration, with number: FMCA/ORG/34 and dated 9th March, 2022.
The circular which was copied to all heads of departments/units, all members of staff, all hospital community, the general public, among others is scheduled to commence Tuesday, 15th, March, 2022 with a novelty football match at the Aminu Saleh College of Education stadium in Azare and the main even on Thursday 17th March 2022 at the Muhammadu Sanusi Eye Complex at the Permanent Site of Federal Medical Centre, Azare along Azare-Potiskum Road
“This is to write and invite you to the 20th anniversary celebration of Federal Medical Center, Azare and the commissioning of projects”, parts of the circular explained.
Some of the activities lined up for the anniversary according to the circular include, Novelty Match between TMC and MAC which will take place on Tuesday 15th March, 2022 at the Aminu Saleh college of education Azare Stadium by 4.30pm.
The circular said 16th of March 2022 has been fixed for interdepartmental MD’s cup final match at the Aminu Saleh college of education Azare Stadium by 4.00pm.
The rest of the programmes line up during the anniversary are Visit of the Honourable Minister of State for Health, Senator(Dr) O. Mamora, Commissioning of Key Projects, Staff merit award and Dinner all set to take place on 17th March, 2022 at the Sir Mohammadu Sanusi eye complex car park.
The circular also directed all heads of departments/units to inform their staff with a view to ensuring adequate coverage of essential services.
“Important dignitaries from federal and state levels will grace the occasion, therefore, in our usual courtesy and hospitality, members of Staff should come out en masse to give a rousing welcome to the dignitaries”, the circular further said.
