Adamu Duguri gets traditional title of Sarkin Yaran Katagum

The Emir of Katagum, Alhaji (Dr) Umar Faruq, II OON has appointed Alhaji Adamu Adamu Duguri as the new Sarkin Yara of Katagum.

The appointment of Adamu Duguri as contained in a letter dated 24/03/2022 was addressed as “Adamu Adamu Duguri, C/O His Excellency, the executive Governor, Bauchi state.

The appointment letter which was signed by the Makaman Katagum, Alhaji Aliyu Hussain, OON (DCG) Rtd, said the appointment of Adamu Duguri was due to his dedication, sacrifice and hard Work, most especially his immense contributions to the development of Katagum.

“Because of your great achievements in many aspects of human endeavors, you are hereby appointed as Sarkin Yara of Katagum”, parts of the appointment letter reads.

The Emir expressed hope that the newly appointed Sarkin Yaran Katagum will maintain the spirit of hard work, selfless service and dedication to the progress of Katagum local government area.

The village head prayed Allah to grant the newly appointed Sarkin Yaran Katagum the ability to justify the confidence reposed in him.
