I’ll ensure speedy promotion of staff under my school – New ATAP SGS Dean

The re-elected Dean of the School of General Studies (SGS), Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic Bauchi, Dr. Muhammad Auwal has promised to ensure speedy promotion of staff of the school with a view to ensure effective service delivery.
Dr. Auwal made this known shortly after he was declared winner of the recently concluded deanage election of the school.
Muhammad Auwal, who won the re-election unopposed to secure his second tenure, said lecturers promotion is one of the major concerns of his office, and as such will follow all legal processes to achieve it.
He promised to look into student-teacher relationship with caution, adding that his office would ensure that all staff and students abide by the rules and regulations of the institution.
He said among his achievements are provision of furnitures, accessories and lecture materials for the lecturers under the school to cushion their hardships.
Dr. Muhammad Auwal who commended academic staff of the school for giving him the mandate, called for constructive criticisms, observations and suggestions to enable him consolidate on the achievements of the past leadership.
