2023: Gov Bala pledges more infrastructure, social amenities if re-elected

Ahead of the forthcoming general elections in February and March this year, Bauchi state Governor, Bala Mohammed has pledged to if given another mandate, provide more infrastructure that will further better the living standard of the citizens.
The Governor who made the pledge in Gamawa local government area of the state during the commencement of his Gubernatorial Campaign, assured of his readiness to consolidate on gains made so far in the area of provision of physical infrastructure, social amenities and human capital development.
Bala while addressing thousands of supporters, noted that his administration has succeeded in fulfilling most of its campaign promises.
The Governor who listed few out of his numerous achievements, to include massive renovation and construction of schools, hospitals, roads, among others, reiterated his commitment to doing more if elected again.
Senator Bala Mohammed said since assumption of office in 2019, his administration has paid so much priority in the areas of uplifting the living condition of the people.
The Governor attributed the successes recorded to the support received from traditional institutions, religious and community leaders, groups and individuals.
Also speaking, the Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, Alhaji Hamza Koshe Akuyam, Director General of the Governor’s 2023 Gubernatorial Campaign Council Faruq Mustapha and other PDP stalwarts expressed hope that all the party’s candidates would win in the upcoming elections.
