After withdrawing as PDP Guber Candidate, Barr. Kashim re-appointed as Bauchi SSG

Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi has announced the reappointment of Barrister Ibrahim Mohammed Kashim as Secretary to the Bauchi state government (SSG).
Barr. Ibrahim Kashim was the SSG before he resigned to contest for the number one political seat in Bauchi under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) while his boss, Bala Mohammed went to contest for presidential ticket under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Governor who failed to secure the PDP presidential ticket, the former SSG, been the only Guber aspirant in the primary election was returned elected as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP governorship candidate for the 2023 general elections.
The SSG who recently withdrew from the governorship race days after winning the PDP Guber primary election had said that his action was best on personal reasons.
Announcing the reappointment of Barrister Ibrahim Mohammed Kashim in a press statement, the Special Adviser to Governor Bala Mohammed on Media and Communication, Comrade Mukhtar Gidado said his re- appointment was informed by his track record of sincerely, loyalty, commitment and wealth of experience in the discharge of assigned responsibilities.
“His Excellency Sen. Bala A. Mohammed CON , Fnipr ( Kauran Bauchi ) the Executive Governor of Bauchi State has approved the re- appointment of Barr. Ibrahim Mohammed kashim as the Secretary to the Bauchi State Government”, the press statement said.
The statement which explained that Barr. Ibrahim Mohammed Kashim was the immediate past Secretary to the Bauchi State Government, note that his reappointment is with immediate effect.
