EMIR OF BAUCHI APPOINTS DEWU AS WAKILIN FULANIN BAUCHI

The Emir of Bauchi His Royal Highness Alhaji (Dr) Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu has approved the appointment of member representing Kirfi Constituency in the Bauchi State House of Assembly Hon. Abdulkadir Umar Dewu as Wakilin Fulanin Bauchi.
The Emir who presented the appointment letter to Hon. Dewu through Ajiyan Bauchi Alhaji Bala Attahiru, stated that the appointment is based on his track record of prudence, years of community service and philanthropy as well as proven character.
The Emir while congratulating the new Wakilin Fulanin Bauchi, urged him to reciprocate the royal honour by upholding his known qualitative character and selfless contribution toward the development of the Emirate and the State in General.
The new Wakilin Fulanin Bauchi was until his appointment the Dallatu of Dewu in Kirfi Local Government and Chairman Bauchi State House of Assembly Commitee on Budget and Appropriation.
In his response the new Wakilin Fulanin Bauchi expressed his gratitude and that of people of Kirfi Local Government to Almighty Allah, the Emir and the Emirate Council for the great honour done to them.
He pledges his unalloyed loyalty to the Emirate and continued support and contributions toward the wellbeing of the people and the development of the Emirate and the State in general.
While wholeheartedly accepting the appointment, Hon. Dewu pray to Almighty Allah to bless the reign of the Emir and increase him in good health and wisdom to continue transforming the Emirate.
