Emulate Rep Agada’s empowerment initiative – Hon Rahama tasks others

Rt. Hon. Ukkasha Hamza Rahama has called on members of the Nigerian House of Representatives and other political office holders to emulate the member representing Oju/Obi Constituency of Benue state in the area of empowerment of the citizens.
Hon Rahama who made this known in a press statement in Bauchi on Friday commended the federal lawmaker, Rt. Hon. David Agada Ogewu for his exemplary leadership and commitment to the welfare of his constituents.
Rt. Hon. Rahama said that recent gesture of empowering constituents by the rep member with items worth billions of Naira is a testament to his dedication to their well-being.
He applauded Rt. Hon. David Agada Ogewu for his tireless efforts in ensuring the development of his Constituency, stressing that his commitment to the welfare of his constituents is evident in the numerous projects and initiatives he has undertaken, including the empowerment program.
The items distributed by Rt. Hon. David Agada Ogewu, according to Rahama include vehicles, motorcycles, milling machines, grinding machines, cassava processing machines, sewing machines, and hairdressing kits.
He observed that the items will go a long way in improving the lives of his constituents, noting that the gesture is a shining example of what it means to be a true representative of the people.
Hon Rahama commended Rt. Hon. Ogewu for his leadership, which he noted, has been instrumental in fostering development in his constituency.
He said that the empowerment program is a clear example of Agada’s dedication to the welfare of his constituents.
“The letter of commendation received by Rt. Hon. David Agada Ogewu from the Deputy National Chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), Rt. Hon. (Dr) Ali Bukar Dalori, is a testament to his commitment to the development of his constituency and the party in general”, Ukasha Rahama said.
While describing the commendation letter as well deserved, Hon Rahama urged Nigerians to support leaders like Rt. Hon. David Agada Ogewu, who are truly committed to the development of their constituencies.
He also stated that his selfless service is a shining example of what it means to be a true representative of the people.
