Ex-Bauchi lawmaker, Bello Giade drums support for Ambassador Abubakar’s Guber candidature

A former member representing Giade local government area in the Bauchi state house of assembly, Hon Adamu Bello Giade has drummed support to the Governorship candidature of Ambassador Sadique Baba Abubakar of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Speaking to our Corresspondent in an interview Saturday, Hon Bello Giade pointed out that the APC Governorship candidate, Ambassador Sadique remains a better choice for the people of Bauchi state.
Hon. Adamu Bello Giade who is also a former Chairman of Giade local government area said that the party faithfuls are fully prepared to wrestle power from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) through votes from the electorates.
“We are well prepared to defeat the ruling PDP in the upcoming March Governorship election in the state in Sha Allah. The past record of achievements of our candidate, Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar (retired) is visible for all to see. Even during his days in the Air force, he assisted so many youth and women”, he said.
According to him, the APC Governorship candidate has even before joining politics, empowered so many people to enable them become self reliant.
“He is someone who is kind-hearted, he is always concerned about the well-being of people, particularly the masses”, he added.
Hon Giade further explained that youth and women who have graduated from various levels of education have received various interventions from the APC Governorship candidate even before he ventured into politics.
While boasting that the present administration in the state has not done what the APC Governorship candidate is doing for the people, the former lawmaker said that APC in Bauchi state is blessed with technocrats and experienced Politicians such that if given the opportunity to rule, many things would change for better.
He said as a party, they have interfaced with the electorates without the involvement of middlemen and have known their problems which they assured them of their readiness to address such problems if voted into power.
“If you have been observing, our candidate has been emphasizing that he will be fair and just to all if given the mandate in 2023. Everybody knows that he has done so many good things for the people of Bauchi state in the past and are optimistic that when given the opportunity, he is going to do more as Governor”, Hon. Giade said.
While assuring that, if given the mandate, Ambassador Sadique Baba Abubakar will revamp the agricultural sector to improve both rainy and dry season farming, Hon. Giade urged the people of Bauchi state to vote for the APC from top to bottom.
He said that the Governorship candidate of the party, Ambassador Sadique is a person who has listening ears, such that if voted as Governor, the inputs of citizens will receive utmost attention.
Hon. Giade who assured that Ambassador Sadique will turn around the fortunes of education for good, said without education, people are likely going to involve in so many anti-social behaviors.
He said that the APC Governorship candidate is not in the contest for selfish reason but for the overall interest of the people of Bauchi state.
“I think you and any other person in the state is aware that Air Marshal is not contesting because of himself, or to amass wealth to himself, no, he sees it as a task upon him to emancipate the people of Bauchi state present maladministration under the PDP in the state”, he said.
