FMC Azare MD condoles Health minister over brother’s death

The Medical Director of Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Azare, Dr. Dauda Abubakar Katagum has condoled the Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Professor Ali Mohammed Pate over the death of his brother.

The medical Director who was accompanied to the family house of the minister in Misau by top management Committee of the Hospital on Saturday, prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased, Alhaji Wakili Abdul Misau.

According to him, “this visit was in response to the recent passing of the Minister’s elder brother, Alhaji Wakili Abdul Misau”.

Alhaji Wakili Abdul Misau passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, in Abuja following a brief illness.

He was laid to rest in his hometown of Misau, in accordance with Islamic rites.

During the condolence visit, Dr. Katagum offered prayers for the deceased, asking for Allah’s mercy and for Jannatul Firdaus to be his final abode.

He also prayed for Almighty Allah to grant the family the strength and fortitude to bear this significant loss.

“The entire FMC Azare community joins in mourning with the family and friends of Alhaji Wakili Abdul Misau, offering their deepest sympathies and support during this difficult time”, the CMD disclosed.
