FUHSTH Azare gets FG’s excellence award as Third Best Performing Hospital

The Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital (FUHSTH),
Azare in Bauchi state has received award of excellence from the federal government of Nigeria as the Third Best Hospital In Effective Service Delivery.

The hospital, according to a letter addressed to its Chief Executive Officer, was honored for emerging the Best Hospital In Effective Service Delivery.

Signed on behalf of the Coordinating Minister, Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, Abdul Ali El-Zaki Head, Reform Coordination and Service Improvement of the ministry, the letter explained that the award given to the hospital was due to its distinguished
performance in providing effective healthcare services to its customers.

“This Award of Excellence as The Third Best Hospital In Effective Service Delivery is given to the Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Azare for your distinguished
performance in providing effective healthcare services to your customers”, the letter pointed out.

According to the letter, it is expected that following the award, the Hospital’s dedication towards providing quality
healthcare services and ensuring customers satisfaction will be significantly and
sustainably maintained.

The letter also extended the warmth salutation and congratulatory message of the minister to the management of the hospital.
