Health Sciences University Azare to screen candidates for 2021 UTME Thursday

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare has announced that it will carry out a post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) test and screening exercise for its 2021 UTME candidates.

The announcement which was contained in a circular made available to newsmen in Bauchi Wednesday, said that the exercise will hold on Thursday 13th October, 2022 at the university premises.

Signed by the Registrar of the University, ALI A. ADAMU, the circular further explained that the exercise will commence by 8:00am.

The Registrar informed that all affected candidates are to endeavor to upload their O’level on JAMB CAPS or risk having their admission not been processed.

The university also directed the affected candidates to bring two thousand naira (N2,000.00) screening fee to the venue.

Other requirements according to the Registrar include, evidence of Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as first choice, making available, the originals and photocopies of their academic credentials for the screening exercise.

The rest of the requirements, the Registrar said are coming along with, one passport photograph, writing materials and scratch cards of the O’level examination the affected candidates are submitting.

The Registrar noted that information regarding 2022 Post UTME will be announced in due course.
