Hon. Ibrahim Makama, Reps member representing Misau Dambam federal constituency withdraws from re-contesting

House of representatives member for Misau/Dambam, Hon Ibrahim Makama Misau has written to his party, announcing his withdrawal from contesting for the seat hours before PDP primaries.

This development was contained in a letter of withdrawal addressed to the Local government chairman of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) dated 22nd May, 2022.

In the letter which was titled, “withdrawal from the PDP primary election”, Makama said his decision to withdraw followed wide consultations with family members, friends, supporters, constituents and well-wishers.
