Justice Tsammani is a symbol of justice, inspiration – Governor Bala

Bauchi state Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed has described Honourable Justice Haruna S. Tsammani of the Supreme court of Nigeria as a symbol of justice and inspiration within country’s judicial system.

The Governor made this known while speaking at Justice Tsammani’s Thanksgiving dinner at the Bauchi event center during the weekend.

According to Bala Mohammed, the elevation of Justice Tsammani to Supreme Court was a testimony of his commitment to uphold the rule of law for the development of the country’s justice system.

Bala who further explained that Justice Tsammani’s landmark judgements earned him all the desired respects, noted that Bauchi state is proud to produced him as a second supreme court judge from the state.

The Governor also commended the entire Zaar Community for supporting his administration, assuring that his government is resolute to promoting ethno-religious tolerance across the state.

Speaking earlier, the celebrant, Honourable Justice Haruna Tsammani expressed appreciation to the state government, members of Zaar Community, family and well wishers for the honour.

It can be recall that Justice Tsammani, an appeal court judge was in December last year, elevated to the Nigerian Apex court (Supreme Court) by the National Judicial Council (NJC) alongside 21 others.
