MLSCN approves accreditation of Medical Laboratory Science Department for Misau College of Health Science and Technology

Misau College of Health Science and Technology has received the approval of Medical Laboratory Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) to train Medical Laboratory Technicians.

This development was contained in a text of update on the College accreditation status made available to our correspondent by the management of the institution on Tuesday.

“We are glad to inform the general public that our Medical Laboratory Science Department has received an approval from Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) to train Medical Laboratory Technicians”, the update said.

It further noted that the new development followed an official visit to the college by a resource verification team from the MLSCN in December 2023.

“With this, the college achieved 100% accreditation status”, the management of the college pointed out.

The management expressed hope that the staff, students and the community will work earnestly to uplift the department and the college at large.
