Modibo Adama University Teaching Hospital gets FG’s excellence award

The federal government of Nigeria (FGN) had given award of excellence to Modibo Adama University Teaching Hospital,
Yola, Adamawa State.
The hospital, according to a letter addressed to its Chief Medical Director, received the honor for emerging the Second Best Customer Friendly and Environmentally Clean Hospital through the federal ministry of health.
Signed on behalf of the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Abdul Ali El-Zaki
Head, Reform Coordination and Service Improvement of the ministry, the letter explained that the award given to the hospital was due to its distinguished
performance in providing effective healthcare services to its customers.
“This Award of Excellence as the Best Customer Friendly and Environmentally Clean Hospital is given to the Modibo Adama
University Teaching Hospital, Yola for your distinguished performance
in providing effective healthcare services to your customers”, the letter said.
According to the letter, it is expected that following the award, the Hospital’s dedication towards providing quality
healthcare services and ensuring customers satisfaction will be significantly and
sustainably maintained.
The letter also extended the warmth salutation and congratulatory message of the minister to the management of the hospital.
