Passed Out Corp Member, Darazo Hails Tinubu Over NYSC Allowance Increment

Arewa Youths Awareness on Leadership and Election in Bauchi State, has lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for increasing NYSC allowance from hitherto N30, O00 to N77,000 monthly.

The commendation came from the Chairman of the awareness, Khamis Musa Darazo who donated his NYSC monthly allowance to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his presidential campaigns.

Darazo who has a remarkable history of showing his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, praised the Nigerian President over the corpers allowance increments.

Malam Khamis Darazo described the allowance increase as a thoughtful gesture, considering the economic hardship faced by Nigerians, and NYSC corps members in particular.

He told the press in Bauchi on Friday that the new allowance would cushion the effects of inflation, hikes in transportation fares, electricity costs, and the removal of fuel subsidies.

“The president’s magnanimity in approving N77,000 as the allowance for corp members showcases the government’s sensitivity to the plight of the masses,” Darazo said.

Darazo also acknowledged the federal government’s efforts in supporting corp members during Nigeria’s harsh economic downturn.

He further expressed gratitude for the increased allowance, citing it as a demonstration of President Tinubu’s commitment to empowering Nigerian youths and acknowledging their contributions to national development.

He noted further that the increment will boost the morale of corp members, motivating them to excel during their service year.

“The president’s leadership and vision for a prosperous Nigeria are truly inspiring,” Darazo concluded. This development highlights the current administration’s dedication to its citizens’ welfare, including corp members.”

Recall that in a heartfelt gesture, after the Supreme court affirmation of Tinubu’s victory, Darazo renamed his daughter after President Tinubu’s mother, solidifying his loyalty and admiration for the president.
