Dass Constituents who came out massively to exercise their franchise in the todays’s state house of assembly bye-election have expressed confidence to elect credible member who can remain firm and doggedness towards protecting their political interest in the nineth Assembly.

In his submission the Emir of Dass Alh. Dr. Othman Bilyaminu Othman, while casting his vote, in his polling unit, described the election as essential toward changing the political atmosphere of the constituency, stressing that no breach of peace or mayhem is reported across the local government area.

A stakeholder in the local government, Abdon Dalla Gin expressed confidence that the poll would be hitch free, considering the high level of awerness campaign on the need to be calm and ensure peaceful voting process.
