Muslims in Bauchi Satte have expressed worried over the hike in price of sacrificial animals in the state.

Our correspondent Zulqarnain Muhammad Inuwa who went round some markets in Bauchi metropolis reports that thte hikes in the prices of animal ahead of Eid-el Kabir were so challenging that some of the buyers are unable to buy.
Some of the buyers interviewed Muhammad Nasir and Alhaji Mukhtar Yelwa said ram bought at fifty thousand last year is now sold at eighty thousand naira.
Some of the ram sellers Nasiru Baban Shanu and Yunusa Muhammad attributed the sadden hikes to insecurity in some northen states.
