Tafidan Giade congratulates Rep Dan-Tanko on Appeal court victory

Alhaji Abubakar Babangida Tafida has congratulated, the house of representatives member for Shira/Giade federal constituency, Sani Ibrahim Dan Tanko for winning his case at the Appeal court.
Alhaji Abubakar Babangida who holds the traditional title of Tafidan Giade, described the Lawmaker as someone who always assist the needy.
Tafida while speaking in an interview with Baushe Times yesterday, pointed out that Sani Dan Tanko was voted based on his competence and credibility by the people of Shira/Giade federal constituency.
Babangida Tafida who said even after the confirmation of Dan-Tanko’s victory by the tribunal, they didn’t relax but kept on praying for victory should their challenger appeal the judgement at the appeal court.
“We did not sleep over the issue even after winning at the tribunal, we kept praying to Allah for victory should they appeal the judgement to the appeal court”, he said.
While expressing delight that with the end in litigation on Sani Dan-Tanko’s victory, he will now focus on his constitutional duties to the benefit of the people of Shira and Giade local government areas of Bauchi state.
According to him, Sani Dan-Tanko as a person who knows the value of people, both young and old, men and women will lift up to the expectations of the people of Shira and Giade as he represents them at the lower chamber of the National Assembly.
“Everybody knows him as a man of his words, integrity, respect and love for his people. All we need is to continue to support him with prayers and constructive advises to enable him bring dividends of democracy to our constituency”, Babangida Tafida said.
He added: “I can confidently tell you that even before he become the house of representatives member, Sani Ibrahim Dan-Tanko can be counted as one of the philanthropists in our constituency. If you are counting those people with the habit of assisting the people, Sani Dan-Tanko will emerge first or second in our constituency and with this new cap added to him, I can beat my chest and say better days lies ahead of us”.
Babangida Tafida said, before he was elected, Ibrahim Sani Dan-Tanko use to assist people with his personal belongings, including renovation of palaces of traditional leaders, hospitals, drainages and culverts.
