We Are Proud With Bala Wunti’s Contributions To National Development, Says Northeast Ambassadors

The North East Youth Ambassadors Sunday said that it is proud of having Dr. Bala Wunti, a director with the NNPCL as an indigene of Bauchi in the Northeast geo-political zone of the country.
Bala M. Winti who emerged in 100 Most Reputable Africans 2025 Edition by Reputation Poll International for his transformative leadership in the energy sector, driving innovation, energy security, and sustainable value creation on a global scale.
The group zonal chairman, Comrade Haruna Usman Muhammad has said that Bala Wunti as public servant and philanthropist whose assisted communities not only in his home state of Bauchi or Nigeria, but the African continent and the entire.
“Bala Maijama’a Wunti is a globally recognized energy industry executive and transformational leader with extensive expertise in strategic leadership”, Ambassadors’ Chief Haruna said.
According to Haruna, Bala Wunti is an organizational transformer, who profers innovative solutions in the Nigerian oil and gas sector, driving commercial competitiveness, energy security, and sustainable value creation through robust economic modeling, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation.
Mr. Haruna Mohammed noted that could the Northeast have about five the likes of Bala Wunti, the subregion would have by now excelled in various sectors of socio economic and infrastructural transformation.
“The number of students he provided scholarships to in areas of education, health, agriculture, empowerment is unprecedented in the history of the northeast subregion”, Haruna stated.
“Ask some of the educational institutions in the northeast geo-political zone, especially tertiary institutions such as the University of Maiduguri, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic and so on, and so forth, you would wonder about the man’s contributions to educational growth and development”, Haruna recalled.
Mr. Haruna Mohammed therefore urged well-to-do persons in the country, particularly the northeast to emulate Bala Wunti in the quest to patriotically move the socioeconomic, infrastructural and empowerment milieu of the country.
The group also urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to bring good people like Bala Wunti closer to him to improve governance.
