Youth Vanguard Roots For Bauchi APC Guber Candidate

The Air Marshal Sadiq Baba Abubakar Youth Vanguard and voluntary civil society organization for good governance in Bauchi state have declared their total support to the Bauchi state gubernatorial ambition of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar (rtd) in 18 March elections.

Addressing with journalists on Thursday, the national coordinator of Air Marshal Abubakar Youth Vanguard, Comrade Godiya T. Adams Bogoro said, they are dissatisfied with the performance of the increment governor Senator Bala Mohammed, hence their decision to team up to ensure the success of the APC Gubernatorial candidate as the next governor of the stats.

He said, after careful consultation before they unanimously endorsed the APC gubernatorial candidate, Ambassador Sadique Abubakar.

“These cream of citizens have met severally and today met with His Excellency Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar (retired) to buttress our support for his mission to become the next governor of Bauchi State.

“We the above-mentioned body’s here endorsed Air Marshall as the best candidate for Governorship in Bauchi State in Bauchi state after careful consultation of his antecedents even when he was the chief of Air Staff, he performed tremendously, he has always delivered on the task given to him.

“We have thoroughly gone through his campaign promises and we have come to the conclusion that Air Marshal Sadiq Baba Abubakar is the only person that can meet up with the yearnings and aspirations of the good people of Bauchi state after suffering for almost four years in the hands of the present administration. His altruistic passion for the common people in our dear state has always made us proud.

“We call all the youths of Bauchi State to come out en masse on Saturday 18th March, 2023 to vote Air Marshal Sadiq Baba Abubakar as the governor of Bauchi state in sha Allah.”

“We also resolved to also go round and see the conduct of the election so that we will not be shortchanged. We want to see that everyone comes out and everybody actively participates in the election without being shortchanged by anybody.

“We are also together to make sure that nobody threatens us, we will not be deterred by any person or group of persons to make sure we did not participate in the election.

“We are also urging the entire citizens of Bauchi State to come out en-masse and participate and elect Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar.

“We have gone round the state and everyone of us will go back to their constituencies and remain there until voting and counting and also go to  the ward and local governments collation centres as well as INEC office to make sure that everybody’s vote counts.”
