ZDA President commends Bauchi Governor for moving to create Zaar Chiefdom

The Zaar Development Association (ZDA) has appreciated Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state for moving to create Zaar/Sayawa Chiefdom from the present Bauchi Emirate.
President of the ZDA, Engineer Isuwa Galla who stated this in a press statement, said the Association is thrilled to express profound gratitude and appreciation to the Governor for his courageous and visionary decision to create the long-awaited Zaar (Sayawa) chiefdom.
According to him, the monumental achievement is a testament to the Governor’s commitment to development and well-being of the Zaar people who have been advocating for this recognition for generations.
“Our forefathers fought tirelessly for this cause, and we are honored to see their dreams become a reality under Governor Mohammed’s leadership”, Engr Isuwa said.
He expressed delight that the Governor has chosen Tafawa Balewa(Pusji) as the headquarters of the Zaar (Sayawa) chiefdom, saying that the decision is a clear demonstration of the Governor’s willingness to listen to the concerns and aspirations of the Zaar people.
“The ZDA wishes to acknowledge the Governor’s efforts to promote peaceful coexistence and development in Bauchi State, particularly by bringing the Non Zaar indigenes to be part of the Zaar Chiefdom”, the ZDA President noted.
He described the commitment of Governor Bala Mohammed towards creating the long agitated Zaar Chiefdom as a significant step towards achieving harmony and progress in the region.
Engr Isuwa Galla therefore, enjoined the entire Zaar people to unite and support the Governor’s initiatives towards a brighter future for the community.
