2023 Presidency: Vice President Osinbajo woos Jigawa delegates

Ahead of the 2023 general elections, Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has at the weekend, engaged stakeholders of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Dutse Jigawa state capital in order to get their support.

The vice president was received by the Secretary to the Jigawa state Government (SSG), Abdulkadir Fanini and other government officials.

Speaking to newsmen, the media Aide to the Deputy Governor, Ahmed Haruna explained that his principal was in Abuja to attend the screening of Governorship aspirants.

However, the Secretary, Dutse emirate council Wada Alhaji could not be reached as at Sunday morning through his contact number.

The Vice President who had a closed door meeting with delight over the fruitful discussion they had.

He added that their meeting was fruitful as their discussion centered on Agriculture, security, youth empowerment, education as well as technology among others.
