2024: MD FMC Azare assures improved staff/Patients cordial relationship

As the year 2024 sets in, the Medical Director (MD) of the Federal Medical Center Azare, Dr Dauda Abubakar Katagum (Zanna Dujiman katagum) has assured the community that the management of the hospital will ensure improved service delivery in all aspect.

He tasked Staff of the hospital on the need for them to work towards improved cordial relationship with the patients and their caregivers.

The MD who made the call in a telephone interview with Baushe Daily Times, also appealed to patient relatives and the host community to synergize with the hospital for cordial relationship for improved services.

Dr Katagum while calling on both clinical and nonclinical staff to pay more attention to their primary assignments due to the importance of their official responsibilities, enjoined patients and their relatives to always exercise patience with the modern way of record keeping at the center.

He said there is the need for relatives of patients to always follow due process, adding that the system is aimed at ensuring that the hospital procedures are duly followed for quality service delivery.

The MD who advised relatives of patients to always report any infringement to the management of the hospital for redress through the servicom unit or complaint boxes. He assured the entire staff of the hospital that his administration will always promote their welfare and privileges in order to keep them motivated for optimum performance.

He reiterated to the host Community that the hospital management is ever ready to join hands with them to bring modern equipments in order serve them better.

The MD also congratulated the community and Nigerians in general for witnessing the year 2024, he called on every citizen to pray for peace and progress of the Nation. He thanked the people and government for giving him the opportunity to serve his people.
