FMC Misau: Health Minister calls for cooperation from host Community

The Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof Muhammad Ali Pate CON has called on the communities hosting the newly established Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Misau to cooperate with the management of the hospital.
Professor Pate who made the call when he paid courtesy call on the Emir of Misau, Alh Ahmed Suleiman mni in his palace Saturday, urged the host communities to take full ownership of the hospital to ensure the safety of the structures put there in.
The Minister who was represented by Abba Garo (Basko Mangari Misau), stakeholder engagement officer Northeast to Honourable Minister of Health and social welfare, witnessed the physical supervision of the FMC Misau by a joint committee between Bauchi state Government and the Medical Director of the hospital and his management team.
In his good will message through the Stakeholder engagement officer Northeast to Honourable Minister of Health and social welfare, the minister called on the host community of the newly established federal Medical centre, Misau that the hospital Medical Director, Management of the facility and Staff need serious cooperation from the community.
“I know you with good habit of hosting, care and concern for people, the Prof said.
He appreciated the effort of the Bauchi state government through his Excellency Governor Sen. Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir (Kauran Daulan Usmaniyya) for his serious contribution for the actualisation of the hospital in the state and approving the General Hospital Misau as permanent site of federal medical centre, Misau, we really appreciate, according to minister.
The minister while appreciating the Emir for his fatherly role, commended the people of Misau for their contribution to the actualization of the hospital.
He also thanked the Misau Traders and artisan Association, Misau integrated Trade Union, Baushe daily times (online Newspaper) among other for their efforts enlightening members of society on the importance of the hospital.
