Society commends FMC Azare’s Medical Director for sponsoring training of over 400 staff

The Chief Medical Director of Federal Medical centre Azare, Dr Abdullahi Ibrahim Bichi has been commended for sponsoring over 460 staffs to attend various trainings with a view to boosting their capacity.

The President, Staff Cooperative Society (SCOFA) of the Center, Alhaji Gandu made the commendation in an exclusive interview with Baushe daily times in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Centre.

He said that the CMD of the hospital, Dr Abdullahi Ibrahim Bichi deserves commendation considering the developmental projects as well as the working equipments he secured for the center.

Alhaji Gandu who noted that the CMD has ensured improvement in the welfare of the staff by motivating them, added that the federal medical centre Azare is one among the best in Bauchi state.

According to him, FMC Azare is one of the health centers in Bauchi state that has a lot of hard-working staff.

Alhaji Gandu noted that some key activities of SCOFA include her ability to ensure the provision of Shelter to its staff.

The President of the organization who further explained that the organization has under his leadership, established a Block industry, hinted that plans are underway to establish Water factory as well as Car wash in order to improve the internally generated revenue of the center.

He called on the entire staff of the FMC Azare to continue to support the CMD to enable him discharge his assignment effectively.

Alhaji Gandu prayed Allah to guide and protect the Chief Medical Director in the course of discharging his duties.
