The Provost of A.D Rufa’i College of Education, Legal and General Studies Misau, Dr. Auwal Ibrahim Amba has expressed gratitude to Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state for re-appointing to as the provost of the college.
Dr. Amba who was at the Governor’s Abuja resident on a courtesy visit yesterday, promised to put more effort towards the upliftment of the institution and service delivery.
A press release from the Public Relations Officer of the college, Sagir Mukhar said the Provost in his remarks thanked the Governor for reappointing him as the Provost of the College for second term.
According to Sagir, Dr. Amba promised to redouble his efforts towards uplifting the College to a greater heights.
Dr. Amba also briefed the governor about the numerous challenges bedeviling the College that needs the urgent attention of the State government.
The Public Relations Officer said that the Governor in his response, congratulated the Provost over his re-appointment and urged him to put the fear of God in the discharge of his duties.
The Governor encouraged the Provost not to relent in his determination to reform, uplift and widen the academic scope of the College.
Sagir said that the Governor promised to render the Provost, all the necessary support and encouragements required to enable him succeed.
