ATBU releases new registration fee, fresh students to pay N150,000

The management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi has announced new registration fee for its students.

According to a press release made available to newsmen Friday in Bauchi, fresh students are to pay the sum of N150,000 thousand while the returning ones are to pay into the institution’s coffers, N69,700.

Signed by the Director, Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Zalilani Bappah, the press release mentioned that fresh foreign students are to pay N230,000 while the returning ones are expected to pay N183,000.

“The University management has released a new registration fee template for returning and new students. This information supercedes all information controversy over the new registration fee in the last few days”, the Directorate said.

According to the new template, fresh MBBS students will pay the highest sum of N150,000 while the lowest fee of N69,700 will be paid by returning students of other courses, excluding MBBS”, it further explained.

For details, the university also attached the complete new registration fee template to the press release.
